Benefits of Carrots for the skin

Here are some tips for healthy skin with carrot, but remember you also have the option of putting it directly to your skin with Ada Rios Beauty & health Products for the spring:

" Carrots + Chamomile"

For healthy, glowing skin, make like a rabbit and eat your carrots.

The crunchy snack and Bugs Bunny prop is loaded with vitamin A -- a good-for-your-eyes antioxidant that appears to be great for skin, too. It helps balance the pH of the skin's surface, making it slightly acidic. That's good news, because slightly acidic skin fends off bacterial invaders.

A healthy diet provides the basic building blocks and nutrients to maintain healthy skin cells.

A well-balanced diet that nourishes the skin should include:

  • healthy fats, such as those found in avocados, nuts, salmon, and flaxseeds, for skin cell regeneration.
  • colorful fruits and vegetables rich in antioxidants, such as vitamin C, beta-carotene, and phytonutrients, to help give skin a healthy glow.
  • whole-grain breads and cereals that are rich in magnesium and B vitamins for regeneration of skin cells.
  • lots of water to help keep skin hydrated and plump.

First of all I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind before writing. I have had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out there. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or tips? Thanks!

I tend not to create a comment, however I
read a few of the remarks on "Benefits of Carrots for the skin".
I do have 2 questions for you if it's allright. Is it only me or do some of these remarks look like they are left by brain dead visitors? :-P And, if you are writing on other social sites, I'd like to keep up
with you. Could you make a list of the complete urls of all your public
sites like your twitter feed, Facebook page or linkedin
profile?
